## Description

This 6-month fixed-term role is part of Pinterest's Global Content Organization and focuses on growing and engaging the creator community in India and Southeast Asia.

You will develop market-specific programs, campaigns, and communications to engage and activate scaled creators in the Pinterest ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting growth markets in Asia to acquire and retain creators

- Collaborating cross-functionally with strategic partner managers, product teams, and other stakeholders

- Developing plans to engage and activate scaled creators through various communication channels

- Conducting A/B testing to understand campaign performance drivers

- Managing end-to-end organic and branded creation challenges

- Defining, tracking, and analyzing success metrics for programs

Requirements:

- Minimum 5+ years of experience

- Strong experience in managing creators and/or strategic partners in APAC

- Strong SQL query writing skills

- Strong project management and execution skills

- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflows

- Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications or a related field
