## Description

Join Ubisoft's Global Publishing team as a Portfolio Management Assistant Intern for 6 months starting January 2027.

As a Portfolio Management Assistant, you will work closely with the team to track and update project portfolios, facilitate governance, and provide analysis to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Update project tracking files using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

- Participate in creating business cases for decision-making, including data gathering and verification

- Develop and maintain simple dashboards and reports using Excel and internal tools

- Coordinate and support teams, including writing meeting minutes and organizing logistics

- Propose improvements to tools and processes

Qualifications:

- Currently studying in a business school or related field

- Ideally have prior experience in project management, PMO, strategy, consulting, or data analysis

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

- Strong analytical and organisational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Additional Information:

- The recruitment process involves a phone exchange with the Campus team, followed by an interview with the future supervisor, and finally a shorter interview with a Senior Portfolio Manager
