## Description

This Senior Manager role oversees category management operations, driving revenue growth and profitability for HP. The successful candidate will design and execute strategies, leveraging market analysis and subject matter expertise to stay competitive.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage category management operations to achieve business objectives

- Identify opportunities for market expansion and implement process improvements

- Collaborate with departments like marketing, product development, and finance to ensure alignment

- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness

- Act as a bridge between marketing and regional customer-facing organizations

- Drive substantial revenue growth, setting ambitious targets and implementing innovative approaches

- Shape sales approaches and strategies based on market analysis and customer preferences

- Apply expert knowledge, provide leadership, and monitor performance goals

- Perform talent management responsibilities, including recruitment and performance management

**Education & Experience Recommended:**

- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline

- 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in category management or P&L management

**Benefits:**

- On-target earnings (OTE) range: $160,150 to $246,600 CAD annually

- 80%/20% (salary/incentive) mix
