## Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Technical team at Morrisons Manufacturing in Rushden. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with food safety regulations.

The Quality Assurance Analyst will report to the Shift Technical Manager and will be responsible for:

- Monitoring, controlling, and auditing the production process

- Ensuring conformity and non-conformity are communicated, followed up, and closed off

- Investigating food safety incidents using root cause analysis

- Supporting the site management team during external accreditation

- Ensuring the site production is supported during the launch of new product lines

To be considered for this role, you will need:

- A keen eye for detail

- The confidence to challenge with a proactive and 'can-do' attitude

- Good PC skills, especially Google

- Experience in a technical or similar role in the food industry

- A HACCP qualification or a food safety qualification (ideally)
