## Description

We are seeking a Line Supervisor to join our production team at the GSK site in Evreux, France. As a Line Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a production sector and playing a key role in the performance of the plant.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead and develop your team: competency development, performance monitoring, integration support, and training plans.

- Ensure production in your sector meets safety, environmental, quality, cost, volume, and deadline standards.

- Monitor daily performance: production conformity, document compliance, production planning, resource optimization, and problem-solving.

- Drive continuous improvement: deploy optimization programs, lead continuous improvement plans, and contribute to the '0 accidents, 0 defects, 0 waste' ambition.

- Contribute to service strategy: participate in budgeting, investment planning, and workforce forecasting.

**Requirements:**

- Higher education with confirmed experience in production team management in an industrial setting.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) are desirable.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in computer tools (SAP, Microsoft Office).

- Ability to work in a team environment, including night shifts and weekends.

- Fluency in English and experience with audits are desirable.
