We are looking for an energetic, personable, and service-driven Club Receptionist to become the welcoming face of Soho House Mumbai.

As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, personality, and service standards of the House.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

### Responsibilities

- Welcome members, guests, and visitors with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

- Manage reservations, enquiries, guest arrivals, and member requests across multiple House outlets.

- Handle incoming calls and ensure enquiries are directed efficiently.

- Support members with bookings, recommendations, and personalized service.

- Coordinate guest lists and assist with events, screenings, and rooftop activations.

- Take In-Room Dining orders and maintain knowledge of menus, events, and House offerings.

- Act as a brand ambassador, creating positive first and lasting impressions.

- Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless member experiences.

### Requirements

- Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and guest experience.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A confident and engaging personality.

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Previous experience in reception, front office, guest relations, membership, or hospitality is preferred.
