## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Brotherhood Peterborough, where you'll play a vital frontline role in delivering excellent customer service.

Hours:

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Wednesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll be a resilient and confident brand ambassador who's ready to serve our customers and sell our latest products. You'll be digitally confident, using our digital tools to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing excellent customer service

- Utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Keeping standards high while balancing speed and accuracy
