**Job duties:**

- Identify business challenges and develop effective digital solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives

- Analyze and assess functional impacts across front-to-back applications

- Conduct requirement analysis to uncover opportunities for business value creation

- Design and document new business processes and system enhancements

- Support project planning, timelines and business assessments

- Participate in testing, deployment and user training activities

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects

- Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage

- Background or project experience in insurance operations

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
