## Description

This hands-on Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead will lead a team of full stack Software Engineers, responsible for collaboration, coordination, and communication.

Key responsibilities include:

- Motivating and leading the team, encouraging engineers to become self-organised and take ownership

- Fostering an environment of continuous improvement, sharing ideas and learnings

- Supporting team members' learning and growth, and leading by example

- Working with the Engineering Manager to encourage healthy team collaboration and communication processes

- Helping guide the team to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions

- Assisting with technical interviews, selection, induction, and mentoring of new team members

- Providing employee reviews, support, team-building, and cross-squad communication

Requirements:

- Well-developed people management skills, with proven leadership experience

- Ability to provide strong mentorship and establish key relationships with stakeholders

- Proven experience in a senior level back-end Software Engineer role
