## Description

We are seeking a Supplier Delivery Manager to operate as the primary interface between Rolls-Royce and suppliers, focusing on achieving 0 arrears and 100% On-Time-In-Full delivery.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead orderbook and delivery reviews to ensure raw materials availability and suppliers' launch and manufacture of parts align with demand plans.

- Conduct load and capacity analysis, delivery risk analysis, and contingency planning from a risk management perspective.

- Manage and maintain planning systems and tools like SAP to track supplier schedules and logistics.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and resolve technical or contractual issues, securing On-Time-In-Full delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong communication and influencing skills.

- Comfortable working in a multicultural and matrix organization.

- Business-level proficiency in both English and Chinese.

- Knowledge of MRP tools, mechanical engineering & manufacturing, APQP, SIOP is preferred.
