## Description

We are seeking a Specialist Sales Wealth Insurance RBWM to join our team at HSBC México. As a Specialist Sales Wealth Insurance RBWM, you will identify potential clients interested in savings, retirement, and protection solutions who do not frequently visit our branch.

Responsibilities:

- Detect prospects interested in savings, retirement, and protection solutions

- Attend to clients at their office, home, branch, or any other location according to client availability

- Conduct meetings with clients to detect needs and make sales

- Support closing sales at the branch

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or Finance

- 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or attention

- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector

- 2+ years of experience in Premier products and services

- Portfolio management experience

- Passion for sales

- Client needs detection

- Solid experience in life insurance sales or training in the field (2 years) or wealth management

- Sales capacity according to client needs

- Strong skills in managing consultative sales processes

- Experience and skill in placing the following products: Retirement, Legacy, Protection, Savings, Temporary Life Insurance, Endowment Insurance, Personal Retirement Plan

- Monday to Saturday work schedule
