## Description

As an LGV 2 Driver with Biffa Waste Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness of the local environment and communities.

You will be part of a single-person crew, driving various LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders, to collect and empty bins from trade waste customers.

Responsibilities:

- Drive LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders

- Collect and empty bins from trade waste customers

- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects

- Safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle

- Maintain good communication and customer service skills

Requirements:

- Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence

- Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card

- Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety

- Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects

- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements

- Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
