You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building trusted relationships with senior executives and key decision makers across Business and Technology

- Managing organisations across a range of industries to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops

- Creating the first level of Business or IT Architecture and engaging Business/IT on it

- Developing and delivering innovative custom solutions, including solution and IT technology concepts & demonstration to key decision makers to address their business issues and needs aligned to business value

- Presenting on public marketing event stages – in both offline and online formats

- Coordinating and leading the entire solution sales cycle through close collaboration with a broad range of supporting technical and business resources

- Presenting compelling Salesforce & partner solutions together while supporting relationships with partners

Requirements:

- 8~16 years of experience in IT architect, IT technology related, IT development, Consulting or Business Applications/SaaS Pre-sales

- A broad understanding of and ability to articulate the benefits of Cloud Computing and AI

- IT Architecture Design (including Enterprise Architecture) experience or related certification is preferred

- Solid oral, written, presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills and relationship skills

- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in a varied environment

- Translating/Presenting/Understanding the unique business and IT requirements of customers within multiple industries

- Good at explaining and discussing ideas and finding ways to keep people's attention
