## Description

Join Zendesk's RFP Central team as a Proposal Manager in Krakow, Poland. You will manage proposals, ensure timely completion and submission of high-quality bid responses, and coach the sales team on procurement best practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage smaller-scale RFxs and lead end-to-end response efforts for global, high-stakes RFxs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling responses to complex technical requirements

- Maintain ownership of the final Main RFP Response Document, ensuring compliance, tone, and quality

- Provide feedback on and contribute to process improvement and refinement

- Coach the sales team on procurement best practices and winning patterns

**Key Skills:**

- Technical writing expertise with 1-2+ years of experience in proposal or technical writing

- Strong project management skills to prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent writing skills with a flair for storytelling and strategic communication

- Collaborative adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment

The Poland annualized base salary range for this position is zł122,000.00-zł184,000.00.
