## Description

Mastercard's Emerging Data Signals group is seeking a Customer Technical Support & Onboarding Engineer. The successful candidate will drive customer onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support activities.

Responsibilities:

- Lead technical solution and architecture discussions with customers

- Ensure solutions comply with Mastercard standards, best practices, and governance processes

- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and define solution scope

- Establish and maintain high-quality technical documentation throughout the delivery lifecycle

- Coordinate execution across commercial, product, and engineering teams

- Mentor and develop junior team members

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of Java development and object-oriented design

- Understanding of modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, NPM, or Webpack

- Software architecture and solution design capabilities

- Experience integrating APIs and SDKs into customer solutions

- Payments, commerce, or financial services experience is desirable

- Proven experience leading customer implementations

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

- Experience creating repeatable processes, standards, and documentation

- Coaching and mentoring capabilities

- Customer-focused and implementation-oriented

- Highly driven with a pragmatic approach to execution

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong problem-solving mindset
