We are seeking a skilled Market Street Butcher to join our team in Dunoon. As a Market Street Butcher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality British meat to our local customers.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, highlighting our fresh products and preparing custom cuts for in-store and online shoppers.

- Cut, bone, steak, dice, mince, season, and wrap meat primals to exact company specifications using specialist equipment.

- Maintain vibrant displays, keeping fresh meat counters and pre-packaged displays well-stocked, fresh, and attractive throughout the trading day.

- Ensure operations are safe and smooth, working safely with specialist tools and upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene standards.
