## Description

We are seeking a Chef de Rang to lead our breakfast service at the Novotel Suites Issy les Moulineaux, a 4-star hotel with 128 suites.

As the Leader Petit-Déjeuner, you will contribute to providing a warm, gourmet, and well-organised experience for our clients every morning.

Your responsibilities include:

- Welcoming and accompanying clients with a smile, attention, and good humour

- Actively participating in the service, clearing tables, setting up the buffet, and washing dishes

- Ensuring the buffet is always clean, generous, and well-stocked

- Supervising and replenishing the gourmet shop

- Guaranteeing respect for hygiene and food safety rules

- Organising and coordinating the team's activity to ensure a smooth and pleasant service

- Being a liaison with other services and contributing to a positive dynamic between teams

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, dynamic, organised, and focused on teamwork.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset

- Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment

- Teamwork skills

- Good command of English
