## Description

We are seeking a Biotechnologist (Protein Sciences) to join our team in Singapore.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Perform a wide range of technical and analytical tasks in our state-of-the-art laboratory

- Conduct cell culture experiments, data analysis, and documentation of results

- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Document procedures, protocols, and findings in a detailed and organized manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges

- Ensure strict adherence to all laboratory safety protocols and procedures

**Protein Expression:**

- Resuscitate, passage, transfect, culture, and perform other experiments on mammalian cells such as HEK293 and CHO

- Operate bioreactors, centrifuges, and prepare buffers and reagents

**Protein Purification:**

- Purify mammalian recombinant antibody and protein by affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, and other methods

- Formulate an appropriate purification scheme according to order requirements

- Use Western blotting and SDS-PAGE techniques to assess the quality, quantity, and identity of the purified proteins

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant scientific discipline, such as life sciences, biological chemistry, etc.

- Familiarity with the use of various laboratory equipment and instrumentation

- Good technical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accurate and precise work

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively

- Available to work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with 2 rest days that may not always fall on weekends
