## Description

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Systems Engineer with strong mechanical engineering skills and cross-functional aptitude to lead the design and integration of advanced electromechanical systems for our next-generation videoconferencing products.

As a member of the Systems Engineering team, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated product solutions. Your responsibilities will include facilitating definition and optimizing the mechanical architecture, ensuring mechanical, thermal management, electrical, acoustical, and optical components fit and function together, and owning system-level integration.

You will also drive engineering trade-off analyses to balance technical, commercial, and cross-functional project goals, troubleshoot and resolve multidisciplinary technical challenges throughout the product lifecycle, and facilitate Design for Manufacturability (DFM/DFA) and design quality reviews to ensure robust manufacturability.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of innovative videoconferencing products.
