## Description

TaskUs is seeking a Customer Experience Team Member to provide world-class customer experience to its clients. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering satisfying experiences to customers, meeting and exceeding client requirements, and upholding TaskUs policies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide satisfying experiences to customers

- Meet and exceed client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Understand and maintain confidentiality of TaskUs policies

- Provide feedback to management on issues and areas for improvement

- Participate in training to improve work performance

Requirements:

- Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts with additional pay)

- Call experience is a plus, but not required

- High language proficiency, writing skills, and comprehension

- Typing speed of 30 words per minute (audio and non-audio)

- Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows OS, Apple OS X, MS Office, and Google applications

- Critical thinking skills with focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction

- Multitasking ability with attention to detail

- Self-motivated and able to contribute to a global team across departments

- Flexibility to adapt to frequent process and information changes

- Ability to work under pressure
