## Description

Fragomen's Business Immigration Analyst position offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business, with training, development, and long-term growth opportunities.

As a Business Immigration Analyst at Fragomen, you will learn about various types of immigration matters, build knowledge of firm, immigration case types, and client processes.

Key responsibilities include:

- Performing tasks related to case preparation and filing of petitions with government agencies

- Communicating with foreign nationals and client contacts, providing clear and prompt responses regarding case status or other general inquiries

- Meeting assigned deadlines that adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and communicating case progress, status, escalations to supervisor

- Compiling and summarizing large quantities of data within case management systems for reporting to clients, managers, and team

- Demonstrating flexibility and initiative

- Following documented firm standards and policies to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory, operational, and client compliance

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree, associate's degree, paralegal certification, or experience in a customer-facing or client service-oriented role

- A client-service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing demands

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread documents, draft fluent prose, and avoid grammatical mistakes

- Experience using various computer systems, including MS Word and Excel

- A desire to contribute to a positive work environment, effectively collaborate, and promote teamwork
