## Description

We are seeking a Private Customer Consultant to join our team in Essen. In this role, you will provide comprehensive advice to private customers through various digital channels, including telephone, video consultation, co-browsing, and email. You will be responsible for advising customers on topics such as accounts, service, personal loans, and precautionary products.

Your tasks:

- Provide demand-driven advice to private customers through digital media

- Take responsibility for a pool of customers, acquire new customers for the digital, omnichannel private customer segment, and continuously develop customer relationships

- Identify needs through the use of standardized consulting processes and refer customers to specialized areas when necessary

- Conduct high-quality, goal-oriented consultations over the phone

- Actively contribute to the team, promote the consulting performance of your colleagues, and share your expertise in a motivating way

- Support RBC executives in the induction of new employees and take on deputy tasks in daily control

Requirements:

- Banking business training or comparable qualification

- Good knowledge of the product range for private customers

- Sales skills and enjoyment of contact with customers

- Open and communicative personality who works well in teams

- High willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your know-how

- Routine in dealing with PC and software applications
