## Description

The Senior Director, Head of Marketing, Korea and Mongolia is the senior marketing leader responsible for managing Visa's marketing agenda holistically across both markets.

The role sets the market strategy and leads planning through execution across consumer, product, brand and client marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across Korea and Mongolia

- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver marketing programs

- Managing budgets, agencies, and operational processes

- Providing clear direction, priorities, and accountability

- Building and leading a high-performance marketing team

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of work experience, a Bachelor's Degree, and substantial leadership experience across integrated marketing disciplines.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
