## Description

We are seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to join our team in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. As a Demand Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating demand/supply management, business processes, and manufacturing/delivery of products and services.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for business process improvement, leading and working with cross-functional teams, and creating and implementing plans that enable the execution of business strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a broad range of moderately complex supply chain processes

- Forecasting product sales and managing big orders

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and developing recommendations

- Gathering demand data from country, region, and account managers

- Coordinating or leading regional and global business unit planning teams

- Reviewing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement

- Contributing to priority projects with complex analyses

- Communicating requirements and guidelines to planning teams

- Mentoring junior-level staff

- Coordinating, developing, and managing a Regulatory Trade Compliance program

Requirements include:

- First-level university degree or equivalent experience

- 4-6 years of experience in a supply chain function, preferably in Demand Planning

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes

- Very strong analytical and data modeling skills

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- Experience in o9, SAP, IBP, and Microsoft Office skills

- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge

- Developed leadership skills

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
