## Description

As an HR Service Specialist, you will support the Talent Acquisition Team at our headquarters in Graz and in Germany with operational tasks along the entire recruitment and onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include creating and publishing job postings on internal and external platforms, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and preparing new employees for their roles. You will work closely with colleagues in HQ and other SSC functions.

Requirements:

- Support in creating and publishing job postings on internal and external platforms (including multiposting)

- Coordination of interviews, including scheduling with candidates, managers, and interviewers

- Administrative management of candidates throughout the process (invitations, rejections, communication)

- Preparation of contracts and handling of offers for student interns, compulsory interns, and internship students in close cooperation with TA and HR Admin

- Support in preparing new employees for their roles, including document management, IT requirements, and onboarding checklists

- Maintenance of candidate data and support in filing in digital personnel files (e.g. via SAP SuccessFactors)

- Support in standardised reporting, research activities, and process improvements in the TA context

Profile:

- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification

- First professional experience in the HR field, ideally in recruiting or HR services

- Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least B2 level), good English language skills

- Secure handling of MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and CMS is advantageous

- Strong service orientation and enjoyment of structured, administrative work

- Careful, reliable, and independent working style

- Organisational talent and pleasure in working with different contacts
