## Description

We are seeking a Client Manager Personal Lines to join our team in Milan. The successful candidate will manage and develop a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, ensuring high standards of service and consultancy.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop the Personal Lines client portfolio, guaranteeing elevated service and consultancy standards

- Foster client relationships, promoting loyalty and effective management of insurance needs

- Oversee retention activities and contribute to commercial development of the assigned portfolio

- Manage and coordinate insurance programs for various personal lines

- Prepare insurance quotations and offers in collaboration with partner companies

- Collaborate with Client Assistant and Motor Specialist to ensure efficient service and technical-operative support

- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive portfolio growth

- Monitor portfolio performance and support achievement of commercial objectives

Required Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of insurance products for private clients

- Experience in preparing insurance quotations and offers

- Understanding of client portfolio retention and development dynamics

- Ability to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities

- Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma, preferably in economics, law, or related fields

- Approximately 10 years of experience in the insurance sector

- Experience in managing and developing client portfolios

- Experience in managing Personal Lines clients

- Proven ability to autonomously manage client relationships and related activities
