## Description

As a Physical Therapy Assistant at OneHome, you will work under the direction of a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide client-related activities and delegated procedures. Your duties will include:

- Contributing to total client care as a team member

- Administering treatment programs according to the Plan of Care

- Teaching activities of daily living

- Providing training in the proper use of prosthetic devices and adaptive equipment

- Observing, recording, and reporting conditions, reactions, and responses related to assigned duties

- Reporting changes in clients' conditions and levels of function to the Licensed Physical Therapist

- Documenting services in accordance with agency policies and procedures

- Respecting patients' rights and cultural beliefs

- Maintaining confidentiality of patient and agency information

- Adhering to agency policies and procedures, including HIPAA

To qualify, you must:

- Be a graduate of an approved school

- Hold current licensure in the State of Texas

- Have at least one year of experience under the supervision of a Registered Physical Therapist
