## Description

We're looking for a Strategic Enterprise Account Director to drive our growth across two of Australia's Big 4 banks. This role will be central to Quantexa's continued success in A&NZ's financial services sector.

You'll orchestrate complex, multi-use-case strategies spanning Financial Crime, KYC, Fraud, Risk, and Customer Intelligence. You'll engage senior stakeholders up to the C-suite, deliver measurable value, and ensure Quantexa remains a trusted strategic partner to some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the country.

**Responsibilities**

- Own and execute account strategy: Develop and deliver a long-term strategic account plan across multiple business units and use cases, balancing growth in a mature account with new customer acquisition.

- C-suite engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, shaping enterprise data and AI transformation agendas.

- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles: Lead large, multi-year deals that involve cross-functional teams, system integrators, and partners.

- Adopt and champion Quantexa's sales methodology: Execute with discipline, precision, and urgency — from opportunity qualification through to value realization.

- Customer success and experience: Deliver an exceptional customer journey, ensuring alignment between business value, technical outcomes, and client strategy.

- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Solution Engineering, Delivery, Product, and Marketing to ensure cohesive account execution and ongoing customer satisfaction.

- Market intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments influencing banking and data intelligence strategies.

**Requirements**

- Proven enterprise sales experience within Financial Services, ideally with Tier 1 banks or similar regulated institutions.

- Track record of success driving seven- and eight-figure enterprise deals across software, data, or AI-driven solutions.

- Strategic account leadership: Ability to operate across multiple lines of business and use cases, managing complex stakeholder landscapes.

- Executive presence: Skilled in engaging and influencing C-level decision-makers and technical stakeholders alike.

- High urgency and accountability: You set a high bar, execute with focus, and deliver results under pressure.

- Customer-centric mindset: Deep commitment to delivering business value and exceptional customer experience.

- Collaborative leadership: Experience working in matrixed, global teams with shared accountability.
