## Description

We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment to join our team at Target. As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via our myTime mobile scheduling app.

The starting hourly rate is $17.50 USD per hour, with a pay range of $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.

As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service

- Helping guests find what they need and resolving issues

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while supporting team efforts

- Working in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand standards
