As a Lead Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through completion. This position reports to the Manager of Technology Project Management.

**Strategic Program & Project Leadership**

- Lead high-priority, multi-site strategic programs and cross-functional projects through the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to establish scalable processes that drive success and efficiency across program areas.

- Guide and support junior technical project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

- Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to align engineering efforts with program goals.

**Agile & Operational Excellence**

- Define, optimize, and manage Agile ceremonies and processes at the team-of-teams level.

- Maintain accurate project documentation including scope, RAID logs, plans, and budgets.

**Financial & Resource Management**

- Reconcile actuals, adjust forecasts, and communicate budget updates and billing changes to leadership.

- Align resource capacity with project plans and collaborate with managers to balance workload and budget.

**Risk, Issue & Scope Management**

- Anticipate and mitigate risks; manage scope changes and assess impact on timelines and budgets.

- Communicate risks, issues, and solutions transparently to stakeholders.

**Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting**

- Lead stakeholder coordination and ensure alignment on goals and timelines.

- Own communication plans, manage expectations, and deliver weekly updates, dashboards, and executive presentations.

The hiring range for this position in Celebration, FL is $150,500 to $201,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
