## Description

The Product Management team at Asana drives the company's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration.

As a Lead Product Manager, Enterprise Services Management, you will help define the Work Management category and invent new ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger purpose behind their work. You will take part in every type of product work, from strategy to product to process improvements, conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the world.

Asana is building its next major business line: Service Management, powered by AI agents and tightly integrated with Asana's Work Graph. This is a 0→1 opportunity to define how IT, HR, and Support teams resolve work, automate workflows, and connect tickets to projects in a modern, AI-native platform.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Driving the 0→1 strategy and product vision by helping define the 3-year product strategy for Asana's ESM business

- Partnering deeply with customers to validate pain points, co-develop workflows, and translate insights into clear MVP scope

- Building and launching an AI-native MVP, prioritizing a focused set of capabilities that solve real customer problems

- Driving cross-functional GTM by partnering with Sales, Channel, PMM, and CS on positioning, pricing, packaging, and early lighthouse accounts

Requirements:

- 10+ years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated success building AI-driven platforms, automation systems, service workflows, or enterprise SaaS products

- Strong 0→1 builder with experience building and scaling new products or incubations

- Technical systems thinker, comfortable going deep on architecture, flows, and tradeoffs with engineering

- Customer-centric, thriving in customer conversations and translating qualitative insights into sharp product decisions

- Commercially and GTM savvy, equally comfortable in customer pitches, channel partner discussions, and pricing conversations

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated base salary range of $205,000 - $230,000, and benefits such as mental health, wellness & fitness benefits, career coaching & support, inclusive family building benefits, and long-term savings or retirement plans.
