As an Associate, Strategy & Special Project, you will leverage data to inform platform growth strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute plans and analyze performance.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead a team to drive platform growth within a provided budget

- Develop growth strategies that balance market leadership with unit economics and profit targets

- Analyze performance and provide insights on demand growth, customer segmentation, and market trends

- Collaborate with teams to build forecasting models and predict customer demand

- Create pricing strategies that attract customers while maintaining profitability

- Manage budgets and projects end-to-end

- Develop presentations to influence stakeholders and drive data-driven decisions

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, platform business, or technology firms

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and SQL

- Experience bridging quantitative analysis and business strategy

- Professional proficiency in Thai and English
