As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in creating a memorable experience.

Your main responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service from arrival to departure

- Ensure administrative procedures don't compromise customer relationships

- Anticipate and meet customer needs

- Represent the hotel brand and image

Technical skills and operations:

- Manage check-in and check-out processes

- Inform customers about hotel conditions, formalities, and services

- Handle phone calls and communicate with other departments

- Ensure availability of necessary documents, products, and supplies

Commercial and sales:

- Promote hotel services to optimize sales

- Apply pricing policy to optimize revenue

- Enhance loyalty programs and adapt communication to customer needs

Management:

- Respect billing and payment procedures

- Manage cash handling

- Edit accounting and statistical information

Hygiene, safety, and environment:

- Maintain a clean workspace

- Know and apply hotel safety rules

- Ensure asset and personnel safety

- Implement quality and environmental certifications

Qualifications:

- Autonomous and organized with excellent communication skills

- Team player with energy and dynamism

- Language skills, particularly English, are desirable
