## Description

We’re looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our team in Kuwait. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will lead high-impact commercial projects and use data-driven insights to refine our Consumer Value Proposition (CVP).

You will lead the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, acting as the connective tissue between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management. This role is a blend of project management, commercial strategy, and data analysis.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead key commercial projects from planning and delivery tracking to post-implementation reviews

- Serve as the primary bridge between Marketing, Operations, and Account Management to ensure campaigns and shared priorities are executed seamlessly

- Use data and analysis to refine our Consumer Value Proposition, focusing on selection, affordability, and overall customer experience

- Monitor competitor moves and market trends to inform strategic planning and stay ahead of the curve

- Own the reporting for growth and CVP metrics, providing the business with the data needed for evidence-based decision-making

- Lead the local rollout of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring effective coordination across all departments

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years specifically in project management or commercial strategy roles

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a track record of using data to drive commercial outcomes

- Experience with Looker is a strong plus

- A pragmatic problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively in a high-growth environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate complex teams

- A good understanding of P&L dynamics and financial modelling is preferred

- Experience in marketplace, consumer tech, FMCG, or consulting is highly desirable
