## Description

Tanium is seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to support the Global Sales organization in designing and executing their sales go-to-market strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and operational thinker who can drive growth, scalability, and efficiency in Tanium's salesforce.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic and analytical business partner to the SVP of Partner Sales and Global Sales Operations leadership

- Partner with sales leaders and sales operations teammates to analyze go-to-market strategies, resource allocation, and performance

- Assist in strategic planning efforts for global sales, including plan modeling, quota assignments, and segmentation

- Lead operational cadence of key sales operation activities, including forecasting and quarterly business reviews

- Identify opportunities for accelerating growth through new processes and strategies

- Create and maintain detailed models to support short- and long-term strategic planning

- Develop relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

- Serve as Primary Point of Contact for Deal Registration process flows and oversight

- Manage Channel Ops distribution and Partner Portal inquiries

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, Finance, or related fields

- Business partnership experience with executives

- Strong presentation and modeling skills

- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

- Experience partnering directly with leaders at the VP level or above

- Proficiency in Periscope, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools
