## Description

At Ford Motor Company, we're seeking an Automation Controls Engineer to join our Manufacturing team. As an Automation Controls Engineer, you will manage controls deliverables from simultaneous engineering through program launch, ensuring the implementation of standard software and hardware architectures.

Key responsibilities include leading assembly and machining controls engineering deliverables for Powertrain and Vehicle programs, implementing and applying standard software and hardware controls architectures, and ensuring the identification and capture of lessons learned.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and five or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment. Direct program experience with assembly and machining controls architectures is preferred.
