## Description

We are seeking a Compliance AO to assist with ensuring the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

- Managing regulatory changes and updates

- Reviewing products and marketing materials

- Monitoring business processes to ensure compliance

- Conducting regular self-assessments and updating compliance manuals

- Collaborating with various departments to ensure fair treatment of customers

The role involves close interaction with departmental compliance supervisors and compliance contacts.

Responsibilities include:

- Optimizing regulatory change management processes

- Updating databases and compliance manuals

- Communicating with relevant units to confirm assessments and implementation plans

- Reviewing products and marketing materials

- Monitoring business processes to control sales risks

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and excellent communication skills.
