## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work Monday to Saturday from 16:00 to 22:30, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, and thrive in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, and work across various areas of the store

This is a frontline role, requiring resilience and commitment. You'll be a brand ambassador, confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products to customers.
