## Description

Hogan Lovells is seeking a full-time intern to join its Real Estate team in Paris from January to June 2027.

As an intern, you will work on various real estate investment cases, including acquisitions and disposals of assets, portfolios, and real estate companies, as well as the creation of real estate investment funds and commercial leases.

Your main tasks will include:

- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis

- Drafting memoranda, consultations, acts, or contract clauses

- Assisting colleagues and partners in preparing cases and following up with clients

We are looking for a student studying Real Estate Law, holding or about to obtain a Master's degree. A complementary education in business school (such as HEC, ESSEC, ESCP) or an LLM would be appreciated.

Requirements include:

- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn

- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude
