## Description

As a Sales Executive at Nextens, you will be in daily contact with finance professionals who work with our online fiscal solutions.

Your main tasks will include:

- Answering client questions and resolving issues in a professional and personal manner

- Identifying commercial opportunities and translating them into concrete actions

- Advising clients on additional solutions within the Nextens portfolio

- Collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

- Continuously improving our service and customer processes

To succeed in this role, you should:

- Be customer-focused and service-oriented

- Possess excellent communication and commercial skills

- Be curious and eager to learn about our products and fiscal knowledge

- Work independently but also be a team player

- Have a background in sales, customer service, or a related field (though motivation and drive are more important)
