## Description

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Specialist Podiatrist to join our inclusive and supportive Brent and Harrow Specialist Care Team.

As a Specialist Podiatrist, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred podiatry care, working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team. You will also support the day-to-day running of the service, contributing to clinical standards, service improvement, and the development of junior staff.

The main duties of the job include:

- Providing specialised podiatry treatments using advanced skills and knowledge

- Autonomously assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients, including those with high-risk factors

- Developing and implementing tailored treatment and care plans

- Delivering general and specialist foot health advice

- Working collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team

- Delegating appropriate care tasks to podiatry assistants when necessary

- Maintaining accurate patient records

- Ensuring clinical rooms and equipment meet infection control standards and Podiatry service guidelines

- Contributing to the development of clinical standards, protocols, and service improvement initiatives

We offer a competitive employment package, including a salary of £45,953 to £54,254 per annum, inclusive of HCAS.

The post is permanent, full-time, and part-time or job share options are available.
