At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.

We're looking for a Principal (Senior Manager) in P&H Business Activation to play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll formulate customer-centric proposition activation initiatives to drive business growth and competitive market position across Health & Wellness and Life & Wealth Management Propositions in AIAHK & Macau.

**Responsibilities:**

- Proposition activation strategy and implementation: plan, develop and drive proposition activation initiatives for all product categories

- Distribution enablement: build and drive insight-based sales enablement tools and activation materials

- Stakeholders management: collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

- Project and quality management: ensure accuracy, quality and timeline of deliverables

- Vendor management and deployment: engage with external vendors to manage the end-to-end development process

**Requirements:**

- University graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline

- 10 years of solid experience in marketing communications or product marketing

- 2-4 years of team leadership experience

- Possess basic product knowledge, experience in financial industry especially insurance industry is an advantage
