## Description

We're seeking a Bank Partnerships Sales Representative to maximise sales and profitability of Blue Cross products and services through bank partners.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and maintain effective long-term working relationships with key decision makers and influencers at assigned banks

- Provide support in the development, implementation, and administration of sales and distribution related programmes/initiatives for the bancassurance channel

- Provide sales support, including training, coaching, and sales engagement for bank sellers

- Perform underwriting duties for risk assessment, quotation preparation, and negotiation

- Support sales reporting and administrative duties

- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

**Requirements:**

- University degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines

- Relevant working experience in the General Insurance industry

- Sales-oriented, positive, and able to work under pressure

- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Attention to detail with excellent work quality and accuracy

**Others:**

- Fulfilment of the fit and proper criteria of the Insurance Authority for licensing as an individual insurance agent of the Company

- Qualified IIQAS, ANZIIF (Senior Associate) qualifications or other related professional insurance qualifications an advantage
