## Description

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to join our Technical / Quality team at Morrisons Manufacturing in Northwich.

The successful candidate will report to the Shift Technical Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with food safety regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring, controlling, and auditing the production process

- Communicating and closing off conformity and non-conformity issues

- Investigating food safety incidents using root cause analysis

- Supporting the site management team during external accreditation

- Ensuring a smooth launch of new product lines

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A keen eye for detail

- Confidence to challenge with a proactive and 'can do' attitude

- Effective communication skills

- Good PC skills, especially with Google

- Experience in a technical or similar role in the food industry

- A HACCP qualification or food safety qualification (ideally)
