## Description

At Bayer, we're seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide specialized knowledge and technical support in quality assurance and control processes within the organization. This role involves analysing quality data, developing best practices, and advising teams on compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Bayer and regulatory requirements related to plant and process safety, providing technical expertise for site management and other US/regional production sites, and supporting the incident investigation process related to HSE and continuous improvement of HSE concepts in the Luling.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a 4-year degree in engineering, quality, communications, logistics, science, or equivalent relevant field, and a minimum of 7 years of manufacturing experience. They will also have experience working with complex systems, such as SAP, RC14001, ISO, RAGAGEP, etc., and be able to identify needs and create/execute strategies to improve HSE Management Systems compliance and performance.

Additional requirements include having command of relevant regulations and company expectations, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to become an auditor/lead auditor. Preferred qualifications include rotating through more than one department and having a thorough understanding of the interaction of the various departments at the Luling Site.
