## Description

Join Twilio as a Staff Business Intelligence Engineer, transforming the company's data into a strategic asset. You will lead the BI platform strategy, manage reporting tools, deliver high-impact analytics, and pioneer agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Own and evolve Twilio's suite of business intelligence tools

- Design and build scalable dashboards and reports

- Architect and deploy agentic AI solutions

- Collaborate with data engineers and business partners

- Establish BI best practices

- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for better data visibility

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or a related field

- At least 2 years in a staff or senior individual contributor role

- Proven experience managing enterprise BI platforms

- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling

- Track record of delivering self-service analytics capabilities

Location: Remote - India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi)
