## Description

As a Systems Specialist Senior with GDIT, you will help ensure today's systems are secure and tomorrow's are smarter. Your responsibilities will include:

- Re-enabling ports and changing VLANs on Access Switches

- Assisting government counterparts with on-site and off-site solutions

- Installing, configuring, and upgrading software and hardware across multiple security classifications

- Providing first-class customer service to technical and non-technical personnel

- Creating documentation of knowledge base services and solutions

- Executing effective verbal communication to various stakeholders

- Engaging and supporting organizations with technical and digital solutions

- Serving as a consultant to develop technical and digital solutions

- Collaborating with 30+ outside technical agencies and organizations

- Executing logistical duties such as scheduling equipment delivery and collection

- Assisting with installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of Studio and Desktop Video Teleconferencing systems

- Imaging and configuring mobile systems such as laptops and tablets

- Executing cable installation and management for new and existing office spaces

- Participating in multiple small-medium projects

- Providing incident response to small-large-scale issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Technical training, certification(s), or degree

- 3+ years of related experience

- Security+CE certification

- PWS 9.1 certification
