## Description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Chennai, India.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top IT, Data Science/Analytics, and Digital talents to TaskUs. You will be responsible for end-to-end talent delivery, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and new-hire aftercare. You will partner with Hiring Leaders to build an effective sourcing, assessment, and onboarding approach, and possess a deep understanding of the urgency of their needs.

Key responsibilities:

- Partner with Hiring Leaders to build an effective sourcing, assessment, and onboarding approach

- Prepare and contribute proactive status reports and drive conversations on hiring progress

- Build rapport and entice passive candidates from profiles that possess the culture described in our leadership principles

- Build and maintain a talent network of potential candidates through proactive market research and exceptional relationship management

- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and demonstrate the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences

- Develop research to map out markets and generate candidate names and profiles

- Create and execute robust search strategies that will attract the best and brightest talent

- Continually contribute to the knowledge base of the group - sharing new information about industries and talent pools or profile types

- Articulate in writing, recruiting plans with deliverables, timelines, and formal tracking progress

- Be responsible for market mapping, campus & internship hirings, and be the on-the-ground personnel for IT recruitment

Requirements:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in recruiting either in-house or through a search firm

- Full-cycle recruiting experience is preferred

- Inquisitive and with a knack for doing good research

- Willing to work onsite in Chennai

- Organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on quality

- Strategic in nature and a problem-solver

- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, delivering results fast without compromising quality

- Agile in thinking and executing goals
