## Description

We are seeking an Application Specialist to join our Adhesives and Industrial Tapes Division in Sumaré, Brazil.

As an Application Specialist, you will play a key role in introducing our product portfolio to customers through the specification process, offering innovative solutions to meet customer needs and product requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing technical leadership in supporting open opportunities in our Salesforce database

- Conducting product training, demonstrations, and validation, as well as creating value maps and workshops to drive new opportunities

- Leading internal testing and reporting to support customer solutions and validating solutions at customer sites

- Implementing new tools, videos, and demonstrations to showcase 3M as the best option for customer needs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical)

- Experience interacting with customers and specifying products in the market

- Intermediate English language skills

- Availability for travel throughout Brazil

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience with assembly processes using bonding/adhesives

- Experience with customers in the Transportation and Appliance/White Goods markets

- Knowledge of materials and polymers

- Advanced English language skills

Work environment:

- This role requires working in our Sumaré/SP office, with approximately 60% of time spent on external activities, visits, and customer service outside the office.
