Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Glasgow Fort, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, making recommendations and driving sales

- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment, using digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customers' shopping experiences and contribute to the success of our business.

**Schedule:**

- Tuesday: 18:00-22:00

- Thursday: 18:00-22:00

- Friday: 18:00-22:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
